We have reservations concerning  literal mistakes and price changes.

Prices:

All prices are netprices in Euro, ex works Rudkøbing without transportcosts and VAT. Orders beneath 500,- Euro must calculate extra costs of 30,- Euro for administration and execution.

Delivery:

Stipulated delivery times will be kept if possible but are in any circumstance without obligation. When the goods have been delivered to the freight carrier all risks will pass to the orderer. We will only arrange insurance security if we have direct instructions to do so by the orderer. The costs will be at the expense of the orderer.

Payment:

At smaller orders (until 5000,- Euro) we grant the buyer 30 days of credit – subject to credit insurance granted. In case of delayed payment, 2% interest will be charged for each commenced month as from maturity date and 30 euro per reminder.

Claims and objections:

Due to the fact that the goods are handmade, all small differences in quality, size, design, colour and accomplishment are part of the goods and do not entitle the purchaser to any claim. Among the differences, mosaic tables in marble can have natural marbling and sometimes ferrous marks. Terracotta mosaic tables can have small spots of different colours and the hand laying of the mosaics can be uneven due to the handmade tiles.

Obvious mistakes and wrong deliveries must be reported within 24 hours after receiving the goods.

If the goods have been damaged during the transport the receiver is obligated to note the damage onto the transport papers while the freight carrier is waiting. All transport damages which are not written onto the transport papers are not entitled to any compensation. Reconsignments require our explicit agreement and will only be accepted free delivered our warehouse
